2) Delivery Cost
✅ Free Delivery Nationwide (no shipping fee added at checkout).
3) Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
4) Delivery Time (Estimated)
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
· Lagos: Delivery is fulfilled using trusted dispatch riders and local courier services.
· Outside Lagos: Delivery may be fulfilled through DHL or other reliable nationwide courier partners depending on your location and service availability.

5) Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your phone number and address are correct and reachable.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated missed delivery attempts, we may request updated details and reschedule delivery. In such cases, additional re-delivery arrangements may be required.
6) Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched.

Where tracking is available (especially for DHL/outside Lagos deliveries), we will share tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
8) Delivery Confirmation & Risk of Loss
Once the order is delivered to your provided address (or received by you/your representative), the order is considered completed. Lyfemaxx is not responsible for loss after successful delivery confirmation.
