REFUND & RETURN POLICY (NIGERIA)

1) Returns Eligibility

 

We accept returns only under the conditions below:

·       The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (seal intact).

·       The return request must be made within 7 days (1 week) from the date you received the order.

·       Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons (consumable product).

 

2) How to Request a Return

Please include:

·       Order number

·       Your full name and phone number

·       Reason for return

·       Clear photos of the product showing it is unopened and in good condition

 

If your return is approved, we will share the return address and instructions.

 

3) Return Shipping

·       The customer may use any courier/shipping method to return the product.

·       Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

·       We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

4) Refunds (After We Receive the Return)

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

 

If approved:

·       Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

·       Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider (typically a few business days).

 

5) Non-Returnable Items

 

The following are not eligible for return/refund:

·       Opened cans/products

·       Products returned after 7 days

·       Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect storage after delivery

·       Products returned without approval (or without proof of purchase)

 

6) Damaged / Wrong Item Received

 

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of:

·       The packaging

·       The waybill/label (if available)

 

We’ll investigate and provide the best resolution.
